All non-defective products must be in their original packaging, and in as-new condition.
Returned packages must include an RMA number on the outside of the package, as well as a copy of your printed invoice. If you do not have your invoice, please include your name, address and phone number so we may contact you regarding any questions we may have. The lack of an RMA number will result in a refusal of your package.
All returned cartridges must be filled at least 70%. We are not responsible for damage to the print-head or circuitry as a result of improper handling, storage or misuse. When removing protective tape and devices please be sure not to damage these areas.
Requests for replacement cartridges or refunds will not be granted until your returned packages have been received.
Please allow up to 15 business days to process your return from the time it reaches our warehouse. If you need an immediate replacement, we recommend that you place a new order and request a refund of the original order separately.
We are not liable for lost or untraceable packages. When returning any items to InkZap.com, please use a postal delivery confirmation or tracking number.
We reserve the right to deny credit or replacements and charge the customer for parts and labor if the products returned are deemed satisfactory or non-defective.
We will refund up to $4.00 of your shipping costs to return defective products. We are not responsible for customer shipping costs to return non-defective or incorrectly ordered products.

I am planning on buying a pair of these for my doll, however I am unsure of one thing. I cannot see the actual heel of the shoe in the photos, will this particular pair of shoes throw off the doll's balance if she doesn't have high heel molded feet?
